About
My love of the beauty and wonder of the world and its people have influenced every aspect of my designs. Whether it be the azure atolls in Bora Bora, the beautiful rust colored soil in Uganda, or the back alleys of New York City, I am constantly looking, learning and listening to the world around me.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have been enriched with many opportunities to travel the world. Whether sailing the beautiful Pacific to Australia on a 32 foot boat, backpacking solo around Europe, or working with Ugandan women living in extreme poverty, I love off-the-beaten-path experiences and the ability to learn from people who are different than myself. My most recent passion involves working as a volunteer for the United Nations Association of Connecticut as well as two NGO's: BeadforLife and Street Business School. Besides my wanderlust and curiosity of the world in general, I thoroughly enjoy museums, hikes, movies, reading and tap dancing.
